Grampa Pulls it Off!! at 90!!!!

My father-in-law, Tom Gregory Sr., scored this beautiful 8 point buck using a Kimber 308 Winchester rifle- a solid choice for white tail hunting.

It was late in the day, prime time as we call it. A storm was rumbling in with some lightning flashes sending the message to GET OUT OF THE WOODS! As Gramp was walking back to the cabin, my brother-in-law Tommy said, Dad look- it's a big one! Gramps looked to his right to see this awesome buck, a real beautiful trophy white tail.

Now. Most of us prop our gun against tree to steady our shot. Not Grampa. Did I mention he's 90?? Well, he brought that Kimber to his shoulder and BAM! Perfect shot! The deer ran a bit and sure enough it was Grampa who found him just over a noll.

We were ecstatic! There weren't enough words to describe our joy and admiration for our beloved Grampa, often referred to as "Ole Man".
